Job summary

Workday seeks a Sales Development Manager – Ascent Program to shape Workday's SDR organization globally. You will own strategy and operations for attracting, developing, and retaining early career talent across the Sales Development function.

You will serve as a central connector among Talent Acquisition, Sales Enablement, Finance, and regional SDR leads, ensuring alignment and a strong, measurable early career talent lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Development and 2+ years as an Account Executive.
• 2+ years mentoring/coaching experience.
• Strategic alignment with Sales Development and Workday growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all SDR Internship programs globally, defining curricula and evaluating ROI and conversion metrics.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to design sourcing strategies for early career hires and manage requisitions.
• Bridge Talent Acquisition and Sales Enablement to ensure effective onboarding and readiness programming across regions.
• Design experiential learning pathways to accelerate time-to-productivity in cross-functional roles and embed AI tools into SDR workflows.
• Standardize global SDR resources and documentation of sales strategies and workflows.
