Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Development and 2+ years as an Account Executive.
• 2+ years mentoring/coaching experience.
• Ability to align early career programs with Workday's growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all SDR interns and lead the SDR Internship program globally.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to design and implement sourcing for early career candidates.
• Bridge Talent Acquisition and Sales Enablement to onboard and enable new hires across regions.
• Design experiential learning pathways and audit the early career curriculum with AI-driven tools.
• Standardize SDR resources and document sales strategies and workflows.
