Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and operations for attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining early career talent in the SDR program
• Lead global SDR internship program, build curricula, core competencies and ROI metrics
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design sourcing and hiring processes and maintain requisitions
• Partner with Sales Enablement and People & Purpose to design learning pathways and AI-enabled tools for SDR readiness
• Standardize resources and create clear career milestones across regions
