Job summary

Workday is seeking a Sales Development Manager for the Ascent Program to shape and lead the global SDR organization strategy. You will own the end-to-end process of attracting, developing, and retaining early career talent to fuel Workday's sales pipeline, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Sales Enablement, Finance, and regional SDR leads.

You will manage the SDR Internship program globally, design hiring strategies, onboard and enable new hires, and drive program readiness and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Development and 2+ years as an Account Executive
• 2+ years mentoring/coaching experience
• Cross-functional stakeholder engagement experience

Responsibilities

• Own the SDR Internship program globally, including curricula and ROI metrics
• Design talent sourcing strategy with Talent Acquisition and manage requisitions
• Bridge Talent Acquisition and Sales Enablement for onboarding across regions
• Develop experiential learning pathways to accelerate time-to-productivity in cross-functional roles
• Standardize global SDR resources and CRM governance
