Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Development and 2+ years as an Account Executive.
• 2+ years mentoring/coaching experience.
• Strong in strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage SDR intern program globally, build curricula and metrics.
• Design and implement talent sourcing strategy with Talent Acquisition.
• Bridge Talent Acquisition and Sales Enablement for onboarding across regions.
• Design experiential learning pathways to accelerate time-to-productivity.
• Standardize global SDR resources and documentation of strategies and workflows.
