Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Global Scorecard Launch Strategy. You will define launch-ready standards across metrics, signals, tools, and reports to prevent rollbacks and scale releases globally.

You will collaborate with global product teams, regional SLS units, partners, UX, and training to drive alignment and establish scalable processes. A passion for operational excellence and experience influencing senior leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) Standards across metrics, signals, tools, and reports.
• Create Global Scorecard Launch Strategy and Governance Program to eliminate launch rollbacks and reduce DSP friction.
• Establish ORRs, Go/No-Go reviews, Launch Support Teams, and Retrospectives to fix gaps before launch.
• Lead Monthly Scorecard Launch Readiness tracking, blockers, and MLP adjustments across global timelines.
• Conduct Go/No-Go Launch Meetings as final gate before preview.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across global product development, regional teams, partner orgs, UX and training.
