Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a senior product/PM leader in Nashville, TN, to own roadmap strategy and drive end-to-end product delivery for last-mile initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product and business teams to optimize delivery speed, accuracy and cost, while maintaining a strong customer focus.

The role requires 5+ years in product or program management, and the ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand the metrics, dive into data with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Map signals to ground-truth of driver behaviors on route.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high quality deliverables on-time.
• Understand complex use-cases and create scalable solutions.
• Identify, develop and enhance performance products improving safety and speed of shipments.
• Develop scaling mechanisms, influence the roadmap and balance trade-offs with multi-year impact.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% with US.
