You will shape portfolio roadmap, mentor peers, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure insights yield measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas, and data cleansing).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end benchmarking studies across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Design and refine research methodologies for repeatable studies.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to move insights into implementation.
• Track implementation progress and measure impact with regular reviews.
• Shape the benchmarking portfolio roadmap and manage intake requests.
• Build scalable knowledge management for competitive intelligence.
• Host forums and reviews to align stakeholders on findings.
• Mentor junior team members to raise analytical rigor.
