Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Benchmarking and Strategy Program Manager to lead the AMXL Global Benchmarking team. You will own end-to-end benchmarking lifecycle, design methodologies, and translate insights into strategic recommendations that influence a global logistics network.

Mentorship and roadmap shaping are key parts of the role. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in program management, strong data-driven decision making, an MBA or relevant master's, and experience scaling workforce

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookup, nested formulas).
2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, or related field.
Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling/workforce development programs.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end benchmarking studies from scoping to recommendations across multiple workstreams.
Design and refine research methodologies for robust, repeatable studies.
Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations with quantified business impact.
Lead cross-functional engagement with Customer Experience, Operations, and Packaging teams.
Track implementation, measure impact, and report progress to leadership.
