Job summary

Chevron is launching the 2026-2027 Supply Chain Management Development Program (SCMDP) in the United States, offering a full-time opportunity for graduates with an MBA or related master's. The program includes three 8-month rotations across Procurement and Supply Chain Management, aimed at building technical and leadership competencies.

Participants will rotate through end-to-end supply chain functions, interact with leaders and alumni, and gain exposure to diverse asset classes and business

Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree with concentration in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Geographically mobile.
• Permanent US Work Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across end-to-end global supply chain (3 rotations, 8 months each).
• Develop technical and leadership skills through hands-on procurement projects.
• Engage with leadership, current program members, and program alumni.
