Job summary

Jazwares, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Project Manager for the Scheduling division in Culver City to drive the product development schedule from concept to production for brands like Squishmallows. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage calendars, and lead milestone meetings to keep launches on track.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in product development, product management, or project management in consumer products.
• Strong product management and planning skills with time management software and project methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication for cross-functional alignment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to resolve problems and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G‑Suite).
• Organized and adaptable mindset for high‑pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly milestone team meetings to communicate project statuses, pipeline updates, priorities, and resource bandwidth.
• Create and manage development schedules for Squishmallows and other brands to ensure on-time launches.
• Partner with Design and internal departments to manage team schedules, workload balancing, and project flow.
• Monitor timelines, track data in Milestone Docs, and address off-calendar deliverables with solutions.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and propose creative solutions while working with limited supervision.
• Oversee multilingual packaging as International Project Manager and mentor Associate Project Managers.
