Job summary

Jazwares, LLC seeks a Project Manager for Scheduling to drive product development from concept through production for brands like Squishmallows. You will be the central hub for cross-functional teams, managing calendars, leading milestone meetings, and ensuring alignment on priorities and project statuses.

The role requires 4+ years in consumer products PM, strong planning skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consumer products product development, management, or project management.
• Strong planning skills with time management and PM methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly milestone meetings and manage cross-functional priorities.
• Create and manage development schedules for Squishmallows and brands.
• Coordinate with Design and internal teams on workloads and flow.
• Monitor timelines and elevate off-calendar deliverables with solutions.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and mentor Associate PMs.
