Job summary

Jazwares seeks a Product Manager to drive technical development and execution across product portfolios from concept to distribution. You will closely collaborate with Brand, Design, Marketing, and Packaging to ensure high-quality, timely, and budget-conscious outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional development programs, manage scope with global teams, and proactively mitigate risks while shaping competitive product strategies for the company’s dynamic toy portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product development, product management, or project management in consumer goods or toy industry.
• Strong experience with plastics, materials, manufacturing processes, or engineering costs.
• Excellent planning and analytical skills; ability to identify root causes and solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite; track record of managing full product lifecycles.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development programs with clear plans, tasks, and resource management to meet time, cost, and quality goals.
• Coordinate with global operations and multi-disciplinary teams to manage scope changes and drive development to production and shipping.
• Identify and manage risks, provide early warnings of delays, and propose resolutions to management.
• Develop prototypes and liaise with Asia-based product managers and vendors for outsourced work.
• Analyze market data and sales trends to ensure offerings remain viable and competitive.
• Collaborate with Brand Management to assess competition and craft product expansion strategies.
• Support Sales with presentations and assist senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain accurate item masters and ensure systems are updated daily.
