Job summary

Jazwares, a leading global toy company, seeks a Project Manager for Scheduling to drive the development calendar from concept to production for brands like Squishmallows. You will act as the central hub for cross-functional teams, managing calendars, leading milestone meetings, and ensuring alignment on priorities and statuses.

You will balance creative resource bandwidth, resolve issues, and keep teams on track for on-time product launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant product development, product management, or project management experience within the consumer products industry.
• Strong product management and planning skills with understanding of time management software and PM methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication with ability to drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly milestone meetings to communicate project statuses and priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage development schedules for Squishmallows and other brands to ensure on-time launches.
• Coordinate with Design and internal departments to manage team schedules, workload balancing, and project flow.
• Monitor timelines, track data, and escalate off-calendar deliverables with a solution-focused approach.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and propose creative solutions to keep teams on track.
