Job summary

Jazwares, LLC in Culver City is seeking a Brand Manager to lead end-to-end product execution for a growth portfolio of pop culture brands. You will manage plush and plastic lines from concept to shelf, aligning with licensors and coordinating development timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product development/brand management, strong data analysis, and excellent communication. The role offers a hybrid schedule with on-site work Tue–Thu and optional remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development, brand management, or project management in toys or consumer products.
• Foundational knowledge of consumer product development lifecycles and global manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to measure metrics and make strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional projects, and deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day product development from concept to market with development samples, models, and photography.
• Liaise with licensors, manage submissions, approvals, and maintain brand integrity with schedules.
• Analyze POS data, trends, and consumer insights to identify growth and co-develop retail plans.
• Negotiate costs for 3D models, tooling, and units with global Product Managers and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales to gather global input, manage inventory, and prepare brand decks.
• Use project management tools to inform stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
