Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Crown's Retail Sales Organization in Sales, Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation and Analytics
• Design, create and maintain key business processes with Crown's CRM solution
• Provide ongoing support for Global users in Crown's CRM solution
• Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions for SAP Cloud for Sales/Marketing
• Configure systems to meet business requirements for the area
• Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and third-party developers
• Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown's CRM solution
