Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP CX Solution Architect to shape and deliver cloud-based CX solutions for customers, focusing on C4C, Sales and Service Cloud V2, and integration with S/4HANA/ECC. You will lead workshops, define the solution strategy, and guide the technical team through the full lifecycle from discovery to go-live.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
7+ years SAP project implementation experience or 1–2 cross-application areas.
5+ years hands-on full lifecycle C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead group workshops to identify strategic drivers and develop use cases and requirements.
Design and configure CX C4C Sales and Service solutions and integration points.
Collaborate with project manager to develop delivery plans and identify risks.
Write functional and technical specifications, and develop test scripts for unit/integration testing.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate onshore/offshore resources.
