• Configure systems to meet business requirements for the area

• Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown's CRM solution

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for representing Crown's Retail Sales Organization in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation, and Business Analytics


• Responsible for designing, creating and maintaining key business processes with Crown's CRM solution


• Responsible for ongoing support of Global users in Crown's CRM solution


• Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions related to SAP Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, and


• Perform necessary system configuration to achieve business requirements for the specific area.


• Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and Third-Party developers.


• Provide support for current users and Crown Help Desk.


• Create design and configuration documents to support new functionality, system enhancements and continuous improvement tasks.


• Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown's CRM solution.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of experience is required.


• Strong communication, computer and organizational skills


• Occasional Travel (0-5%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Programming, Applications Development or related field


• Experience in writing and communicating technical processes and configuration documents


• SAP Hybris programming, development knowledge, and experience


• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud (Cloud for Customer-C4C), SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)


• Experience with cloud based CRM (SalesForce, Oracle)

This position is a hybrid role. A reasonable commute to the New Bremen, OH location is necessary.
