Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Global Process Leader for Sales & Marketing Cloud in a hybrid role based near New Bremen, OH. You will own CRM processes, blueprint sessions, and system configurations across global users, partnering with SAP modules to enhance quotes and analytics.

The role requires a mix of business acumen and technical skills, with 8+ years exp and travel up to 5%. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and sponsorship is not provided.

Mansioni

• Represent Crown's Retail Sales Organization in Sales, Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation, and Business Analytics.
• Design, create and maintain key business processes with Crown’s CRM solution.
• Provide ongoing support of Global users in Crown’s CRM solution.
• Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions related to SAP Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, and related systems.
• Perform system configuration to meet business requirements for the area.
• Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and Third-Party developers.
• Provide support for current users and Crown Help Desk.
• Create design and configuration documents to support new functionality and improvements.
• Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown’s CRM solution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for representing Crown'sRetail Sales Organization in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation, and Business Analytics
• Responsible for designing, creating and maintaining key business processes with Crown’s CRM solution
• Responsible for ongoing support of Global users in Crown’s CRM solution
• Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions related to SAP Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, and
• Perform necessary system configuration to achieve business requirements for the specific area.
• Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and Third-Party developers.
• Provide support for current users and Crown Help Desk.
• Create design and configuration documents to support new functionality, system enhancements and continuous improvement tasks.
• Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown’s CRM solution.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of experience is required.
• Strong communication, computer and organizational skills
• Occasional Travel (0-5%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Programming, Applications Development or related field
• Experience in writing and communicating technical processes and configuration documents
• SAP Hybris programming, development knowledge, and experience
• Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud (Cloud for Customer-C4C), SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and SAP Analytics Cloud

This position is a hybrid role. A reasonable commute to the New Bremen, OH location is necessary.
