Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Technology Deployment Leader to guide the IM Transcend ERP modernization from NJ or Beerse. You will lead global deployments, harmonize processes across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, Finance and Data, and partner with senior supply chain leaders to ensure value delivery.
The ideal candidate has SAP S/4HANA expertise, 15+ years in product or program management, and a track record of cross-functional leadership, governance, and delivering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in product or program management.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and Pharma industry.
- Experience gathering requirements and turning them into a product vision.
- Deep delivery governance, planning and execution expertise.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Establish deployment roadmaps for efficient delivery of business value.
- Balance business value with technical feasibility and cost.
- Refine backlog with technical features and epics.
- Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization and cross-team dependencies.
- Partner with Product Owner and engineers to manage risk in backlog.
- Lead testing approaches including automation, regression and load testing.
- Oversee end-to-end build and ensure compliant, working solutions.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing with business workstreams.
- Ensure SDLC documentation and compliance activities are up to date.
- Drive capability measurement against demand and improvement opportunities.
