Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large, complex SAP programs across regions. The role defines delivery strategy, governance, and ensures alignment with business goals.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate vendors, manage risks and report to executives. Ideal candidates bring end-to-end SAP project management experience, executive governance, and the ability to drive cross-border transformation in a global consumer products context.

Qualifications

• End-to-end SAP project management, including cross-regional SAP implementations or SAP transformation delivery in a consulting or systems-integration environment.
• Executive governance, financial management, consulting/vendor leadership and program recovery.
• Integration, testing, cutover and deployment leadership across multiple teams and geographies.
• Experience in wholesale, retail, apparel or consumer products industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional and multi-regional IT projects or programs from business case through deployment and benefits transition.
• Direct cross-regional SAP implementation or transformation projects across countries and time zones.
• Define project plans, governance, critical path, budget and resource model across multiple workstreams.
• Manage RAID, dependencies, scope and changes; drive mitigation or recovery plans.
• Provide executive reporting with scenario analysis and accountability for outcomes.
• Coach project managers and contribute to PMO capability building.
