Job summary

Infosys is seeking a seasoned SAP transformation leader to drive complex, multi-country ERP programs for retail clients. You will own program delivery from business case through to value realization and engage with C-level sponsors to shape a compelling transformation roadmap.

The role requires leading geographically distributed teams and multi-vendor ecosystems, building Fit-To-Standard delivery frameworks, and partnering with IT, business, and change management to ensure success.

Qualifications

Experience leading challenging SAP transformation programs across full lifecycle.
Retail industry expertise in program leadership.
12-15 years of consulting experience.
Proven multi-country SAP deployments including ECC and S/4HANA in retail.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP transformation programs from inception to completion and drive customer engagement from business case to value realization.
Motivate geographically distributed teams across vendors and clients.
Develop and implement program delivery frameworks for Fit-To-Standard adoption.
Collaborate with IT, business and change management to ensure success.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders across IT and business.
Show thought leadership with retail industry expertise.
Willingness to travel for projects.
