Job summary

Nexucon Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs. The role requires strong ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks and cross-functional teams across multiple global locations.

Candidates should have proven SAP BRIM implementation experience and the ability to coordinate SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and stabilization activities while driving on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP BRIM implementations or large-scale SAP programs.
• Strong delivery ownership across scope, schedule and budget.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP BRIM project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, vendors, risks, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Manage integrated plans across multiple workstreams, including dependencies, critical path, sequencing and parallel activities.
• Proactively recover delayed workstreams through re-sequencing, resource optimization, prioritization and effective decision-making.
• Demonstrate hands-on project-level experience with SAP BRIM implementations and business use cases.
• Understand the end-to-end BRIM landscape: SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, Mediation and RAR.
• Understand SAP and third-party integration dependencies and effectively collaborate with architects, functional and technical teams.
• Manage complex global SAP programs involving multiple countries, business teams, SIs, vendors and offshore/onshore teams.
• Drive SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and stabilization activities.
• Maintain a proactive delivery approach with strong focus on schedule, outcomes and issue resolution.
