Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce-driven service operations across global teams. You will bridge business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, external vendors, and IT owners to drive delivery.

The role combines structured leadership with hands-on coordination of Salesforce, APIs, and service workflows, including backlog prioritization and cross-system automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably Salesforce or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading Dev → UAT → Production release cycles.
• Strong experience with MS Office and Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and cross-system architecture.
• Experience working with offshore development partners.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud or enterprise ticketing systems is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, etc.) or ability to obtain within 30–60 days from hire.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Salesforce development standups and end-of-day reviews.
• Coordinate development lifecycle across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
• Maintain and prioritize the Salesforce Master Backlog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between global teams for seamless project delivery.
• Use PM tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, Team, Slack) to track progress.
• Ensure QA validation and UAT criteria are met before release.
• Partner with external development vendors to drive delivery and remove blockers.
• Lead API integration coordination between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Define integration architecture and automation strategy with IT/system owners.
