Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Software Applications Engineer (Salesforce) in San Jose, CA to design and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

You will own end-to-end development, integrating external systems via REST/SOAP, and building scalable Apex and Lightning Web Components while enforcing coding standards and maintainability. This role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams on enterprise-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture in large orgs.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and governor limits.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware (MuleSoft preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build robust, scalable Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL.
• Develop Apex classes/triggers and modern frontend with LWC; ensure maintainability.
• Implement resilient API integrations and orchestration across systems.
