Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect to design and own our Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll lead platform development for Sales, Service, and Field Service Lightning, implement complex FSL workflows, and build modern interfaces with LWC and robust Apex logic.

This role requires deep integration work with ERP systems and seamless API-driven processes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience, strong knowledge of security and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience in large, complex organizations.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform's architecture, including its security model, data model, and governor limits.
• Experience with system integration using REST, SOAP, and middleware (MuleSoft preferred).

Responsibilities

• Platform Development for Sales, Service, and FSL.
• Build robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
• Develop and customize FSL features, including scheduling and dispatch logic.
• Frontend and backend development using LWC and Apex.
• API-Led integrations and middleware-based data synchronization.
