Supermicro is seeking an Application Developer to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications used by Service Operations.

The role emphasizes Salesforce Service Cloud administration, database environments, automation, and operational support to keep systems reliable, secure, and efficient while collaborating with business and technical teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SWE or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with corporate application development teams (CRM/Logistics).
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production preferred.
• Experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud preferred.
• Experience managing user access, permissions, and licensing preferred.
• Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases preferred.
• Experience with Linux operating systems preferred.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or scripting languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications for Service Operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Assist with upgrades, configuration changes, and system maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures, and standards.
• Support testing, validation, and change management activities.
