CVS Health is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives across the organization. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise and the ability to align cross-functional teams to drive CRM transformation.

You will collaborate with business partners, analysts, developers, architects and QA to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery, while maintaining data governance, security, and change management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably focused on Salesforce implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects in collaboration with our business partners.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and change management policies.
• Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and Salesforce optimization.
