This role partners with senior leadership to connect strategy, data, and execution, driving AI-enabled improvements across the sales organization.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in sales transformation, advanced analytics, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable business impact at scale.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in sales strategy or revenue operations, ideally in B2B technology.
• Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to shape cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• AI-forward with experience using AI and automation to improve productivity.

• Lead WW Sales planning in collaboration with senior leaders to set priorities, budgets, and KPIs.
• Build a decision-grade view of sales performance across pipeline, velocity, and accounts, integrating internal and external signals.
• Drive capacity and coverage planning to align the sales organization with growth priorities.
• Shape transformation initiatives from identification to measurable business impact using AI.
