Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Sales Support Specialist (Finance) to manage quote-to-booking activities for Siemens medical equipment and services. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and approving quotes and contracts in SAP, ensuring IFRS 15 and MEA accounting, and maintaining MEA accounting guidelines.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve data transmission issues between CRM and ERP, support IT-driven process improvements, and ensure compliance with finance, accounting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Working knowledge of SAP and IFRS 15/MEA accounting.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support pre-booking to booking of orders and contracts.
• Ensure MEA accounting processes and ERP accuracy.
• Facilitate handoffs to Customer Operations with required docs.
• Identify and resolve data transmission issues between CRM and ERP.
• Maintain compliance with finance, accounting, and quality policies.
• Participate in process improvement and IT project initiatives.
• Create, review, and approve quotes and contracts in SAP.
