• Own quarterly business reviews for ad sales leadership.
• Define metrics, tools, and processes to hit product adoption, revenue, and sales productivity goals.
• Identify gaps to goals and implement change with peers in leadership.
• Develop best practices for improving sales productivity across 15 countries.
