Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for sales/go-to-market roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Ability to assess talent against business needs and advise stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where processes improve.
• Interest in leveraging AI and recruiting technology to boost productivity.
