Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent related work experience.
• Two (2) years of previous experience in an OEM automotive parts sales role preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
• CAD and CAM experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and/or customers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints at a conceptual level.
• Highly organized with advanced time management skills.
• Prior experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Bilingual English/Japanese skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Generate, manage, develop, and coordinate new business opportunities; establish relationships with customers and suppliers; explore profitable new products; develop growth plans; coordinate new business in manufacturing stages; assist with pricing and profitability for approvals; support customer service strategies; prepare and present forecasts.
