LimitlessLi LLC is seeking a proactive Purchasing Manager / Buyer Planner to lead end-to-end procurement and inventory planning for five manufacturing plants. You will manage both domestic and international suppliers, optimize stock levels with MRP, and coordinate material demand from the corporate office.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing purchasing, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills. Onsite role in Reynoldsburg, OH with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on purchasing, material planning, or procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing domestic and international suppliers and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across multiple facilities using MRP to establish schedules and minimize excess stock.
• Process, issue, and adjust purchase orders for raw materials, components, intercompany transfers, and suppliers.
• Oversee domestic and international vendor timelines and expedite shipments to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate material demand across five manufacturing plants from the corporate office.
• Lead physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Support procurement strategy and material availability for multiple plants.
