Job summary

Sunrise Plastic Enterprise in Houston, TX seeks a Customer Service & Export Specialist to manage sales orders, logistics coordination, and export documentation. You will engage with customers and suppliers to ensure accurate orders and timely shipments while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires experience in trade operations, strong communication skills, and a focus on accurate documentation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, international trade or economics.
• 3+ years in global/international trade operations, including import/export for North America.
• Experience in customer, freight forwarding, customs brokerage and export trading.
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR and delivery incoterms is a plus.
• Bilingual (Vietnamese/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for sales and customers to ensure consistent, positive experiences.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics (inland, ocean, air) with purchasing and 3rd party POs.
• Prepare export documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Communicate shipping details and delays to customers; resolve documentation issues.
