You will coordinate export licenses, customs declarations, and packing details while ensuring compliance and superior customer service.

Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment are required, along with a bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration, Finance or Economics is required.
• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff in expediting export correspondence, bids, and credit collections.
• Maintains awareness of customer needs to develop compliance recommendations and opportunities for enhanced services.
• Manages marketing of export services and growth of the procurement segment of the business.
• Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing and routing product.
• Expedites import/export arrangements and keeps current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
• Effectively manages difficult customer situations.
