Metric DCX in Wisconsin is seeking a senior commercial operations leader to own a global transformation. This role goes beyond maintenance; you will fix, simplify and lead a complex commercial environment, bringing structure, accuracy and accountability to the organization.

You will lead a global team across Sales Operations, Pricing and Customer Service, owning forecasting, quotas, governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Pricing, Customer Service Operations, Finance or Commercial Analytics.
• Experience in a complex industrial, manufacturing, engineered-product or project-driven organization is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team across Sales Operations, Pricing and Customer Service.
• Fix, simplify and lead a complex global commercial environment with structure and accountability.
• Own forecasting, territories, quotas, performance management and data governance.
• Oversee pricing strategy, governance and approvals, and dashboards/KPIs for commercial leadership.
