Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the commercial and operational delivery of large-scale data center developments. You will lead project teams and act as a key interface between the contractor, client and partners.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasting, schedules, procurement, and risk mitigation, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining safety and quality standards on complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center construction or mission-critical environments.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong commercial, scheduling and contract-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules and overall commercial performance.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and wider project teams.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, change management and performance.
• Coordinate with field leadership, design teams, trade partners and commissioning teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to maintain schedule and budget.
• Drive high standards across safety, quality and project execution.
