Job summary

Hyatt Corporate Office in Chicago is seeking a Manager to join the Global Sales Enablement team. You will lead a team focused on sales operations, data integrity in Salesforce, and performance insights across regions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Revenue Management, CRM, and Commercial Services to drive operational excellence and actionable analytics that support Hyatt Inclusive Collection's global commercial strategy.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles.
Experience leading, coaching, or developing team members.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce for reporting, data quality, or sales workflows.
Experience with sales performance tracking and/or incentive programs.
Advanced Excel skills.
Salesforce administration or configuration experience.
Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid passport and ability to travel as needed.
