Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university in Food Science or Engineering with expected graduation between Dec 2026–May 2027.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Strategic Agenda and implement Kerry Manufacturing Standard.
• Identify and drive initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams on major transformational projects.
• Ensure reports are trained and equipped to operate safely and effectively.
• Contribute to training deployment of principles, projects, tools, and KPIs.
