Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to travel 25-50% depending on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Sales and Marketing functions every six months to build business acumen.
• Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and networking activities.
• Contribute to projects aligned with company objectives across multiple groups.
