Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions seeks a Sales Engineer to work directly with customers on antenna requirements. The first year includes assignment in China for rotations, then Base in the Bay Area, California.

You will be responsible for business development, expanding customer bases, managing the sales cycle, and coordinating with R&D and factories to craft solutions and quotes. Occasional travel to Asia will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2+ years in business development or related sales role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand the customer base.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to order.
• Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing to address customer needs.
• Support customers with quotations and timely order processing.
• Build ongoing relationships and identify new project opportunities.
• Travel 10–15% for customer and partner engagements.
