Job summary

BD is seeking a skilled facilitator and learning professional to join its sales capability team at the Heidelberg location. The role blends instructional delivery, coaching, digital learning, analytics and change enablement across Europe.

You will work with senior commercial leaders and cross-functional partners to deploy and reinforce sales training at scale. Responsibilities include delivering English and another European language sessions, coordinating deployments, and empowering managers

Qualifications

• Proven ability to facilitate adult learning in instructor-led, virtual and blended environments.
• Strong command of adult-learning principles, experiential learning, practice, feedback and debriefing.
• Skilled in questioning, active listening and managing group dynamics.
• Ability to engage experienced sales professionals and frontline managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and blended sales capability training in English and at least one additional European language.
• Facilitate learning for sales representatives, KAMs/SAMs, frontline sales managers and other in-scope customer-facing roles across multiple European markets.
• Bring global sales methodology, sales process, manager coaching, commercial technology and curricula to life with practical exercises.
• Use role plays, simulations and real sales scenarios to reinforce day-to-day customer interactions.
• Coordinate training deployments with European stakeholders and ensure learner readiness.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher training and assessments in line with deployment plans.
• Enable frontline managers with coaching language and reinforcement resources.
• Build relationships with BU Commercial Excellence and Sales Enablement teams.
