Job summary
Cato Networks is seeking a Global Sales Onboarding & Enablement Manager to translate strategic enablement plans into scalable programs that boost onboarding, adoption of the enablement tech stack, and sales productivity analytics.
You will work with the Director of Sales Enablement and regional leads to deliver competency-based learning, drive adoption of tools like Skilljar and Gong, and provide actionable insights to improve global sales performance.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement within a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on with instructional design and course development.
- Experience designing onboarding programs with competency-based milestones.
- Strong analytics skills to convert data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and SMEs.
Responsibilities
- Evolve global onboarding programs and learning tracks.
- Lead onboarding execution and coordinate with regional Enablement Leads.
- Collaborate with product marketing, product, sales, RevOps, and legal.
- Act as power user for Enablement tech stack (Skilljar, Gong, SharePoint).
- Provide insights to improve knowledge adoption and field execution.
- Deliver Sales Enablement data to cross-department stakeholders.
- Support analytics to accelerate sales velocity.
