Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and deliver product solution materials and training for a global sales and partner network. The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, needs analyses, and developing engaging web-based courses and instructor-led components.

The candidate will manage the course development process, storyboard modules, and publish assessments, while maintaining content in the LMS and ensuring alignment with TGCS product portfolios

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience designing and developing instructor-led and web-based eLearning for technical sales audiences.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience with responsive eLearning design for multi-platform delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Experience managing content in an LMS (e.g., SABA).
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs with global technical reps and channel managers to develop training solutions.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, services managers, and SMEs to gather content for materials.
• Design and develop sales materials and training focused on technology solutions addressing business challenges.
• Deliver live and recorded product updates to global sales and services teams.
• Maintain online and instructor-led content, curricula, and assessments.
• Update education development plans to align with goals.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
