Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Content Developer, or Content Manager.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with major coursework in Instructional Design or Training and Development.
• Experience with manufacturing and electronic components industries is a plus.
• Must be a documented US citizen able to work in ITAR/Export Controlled facility.
• Familiarity with ADDIE model and learning content standards.
• Proficiency with LMS tools and multimedia authoring software.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Global Stakeholders and SMEs to identify training needs.
• Design and develop new learning content across formats (eLearning, micro-learning, video-based).
• Review and update content with alignment to scope and timelines.
• Create voiceover audio files using AI-based tools.
• Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks.
• Maintain transcripts for video-based content and manage LMS tasks.
