Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years designing and developing instructor-led or web-based eLearning for technical sales audiences.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Captivate and Camtasia.
• Experience with responsive eLearning design for multi‑platform delivery.
• Intermediate multimedia skills with Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and channel managers to develop training solutions.
• Design and develop sales materials and training addressing business challenges.
• Deliver live and recorded product solution updates to global teams.
• Maintain course content, curricula, and assessments.
