Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a technical resource to manage travel agency and advisor data within the reservation system and the Travel Advisor Center.

You will support the Global Sales team with data integrity, system access, and process improvements. The role focuses on maintaining the reservation system, updating agency profiles, building and QAing reports in Tableau and Salesforce, and acting as the primary contact for operations training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, IT, BI, or analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce, NVS, and/or other CRM platforms.
• Cruise industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Global Sales reservation system and manage agency/advisor data.
• Update travel agency roster; merge duplicate profiles.
• Support data requests and resolve system issues in reservation system, Salesforce, and TAC.
• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools.
• Be main contact for Trade and Consumer Sales teams for operations and documentation.
• Audit data across categories and drive remediation roadmaps.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for senior leadership; create ad-hoc Tableau/Salesforce reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
