Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a technical resource to manage travel agency and advisor data within the reservation system and the Travel Advisor Center.
You will support the Global Sales team with data integrity, system access, and process improvements. The role focuses on maintaining the reservation system, updating agency profiles, building and QAing reports in Tableau and Salesforce, and acting as the primary contact for operations training and documentation.

Technical resource to manage travel agency and advisor data within reservation system and the Travel Advisor Center website (TAC) and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Support Global Sales team activities, systems, processes, requests, projects, and initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Design, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study preferred; or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills and experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, IT, business intelligence, or business analytics. Experience with Salesforce, NVS, and/or other CRM platforms highly preferred. Cruise industry is a plus.
Strong analytical skills. Proficiency with NVS, Tableau, Salesforce, and similar CRM platforms. High proficiency with Excel required. Superior attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced, demanding environment. Excellent follow up skills.
