Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sales Coach to work closely with sellers in a hands-on field coaching role. You will spend most of your week with individual sellers, guiding prospecting, deal management, forecasting accuracy, and the full seller motion.

You’ll partner with managers to design scalable coaching programs and build reusable assets for the global library. You will observe live calls, facilitate role plays, and ensure CRM hygiene while driving improvements in win rates and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in enterprise or commercial software sales, sales management, or sales coaching and enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to coach adults to behavior change and drive measurable results.
• Fluency in recognized sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, Strategic Selling, or Command of the Message.

Responsibilities

• Coach sellers one on one and build a development plan to close gaps.
• Design scalable coaching programs with your manager.
• Build and maintain playbooks, call frameworks, and certification rubrics.
• Observe live calls and provide immediate feedback with specific behavioral changes.
• Report coaching impact to sales leadership on a cadence aligned with business goals.
• Shorten ramp time for new hires and acquisitions through targeted enablement.
